They fixed three recalls on My 2018 Pacifica. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. Very nice customer service. I had a loaner car. And this is even after I did not buy them. Was purchased in Iowa during family vacation. Somehow when they were working on it Disconnected my CarPlay and my Bluetooth phone and I didn’t know how to fix it so I went back to the dealership and the lady at the front desk and one of the technicians helped me get it fixed very good customer service
I had a warranty issue on my 2015 RAM 2500 that I bought from Gregg Young in grand Island. September 2017 I recieved a notice that there was an update on my water pump but it wasn't l available as of april 2018 when I had it in the shop to have some repairs done on it still wasn't available. My water pump went out in july and had been waiting 9 months to get one in and get it fixed and was then stranded without a vehicle. I called in and voiced my problem and frustration with the interim store manager as to not knowing why they couldn't fix it before and why I it was taking so long to get one in and now had to wait for it to break to finally get one? The manager imediately investigated the problem and with in a half-hour he had the problem solved and had a brand new loaner truck on it's way to me over 30miles away and someone on their way to pick up my truck to get it fixed.They got it done in less than 24hrs after my call and my truck was returned to me 30 miles away. The dealership fixed the water pump, replaced the serpentine belt and timing sensor all free of charge.I appreciate Gregg Young of Grand Island for stepping up and fixing the problem and making it right!
Everytime I have used Gregg Young the staff has been very friendly. They complete the work in the time. Their estimated time of the work being completed is pretty accurate. They have a great faucility for to wait at while your work is being done or will shuttle you to where you want to go until they are done working on your vehicle. They will explain things and answer your questions or find the answers.
